 I have searched for several directions to take people to help them clarify and redirect their thoughts.  I believe your thoughts about yourself and the world guide you in a certain direction.  Whether the direction is the one you want or not, you are responsible for where you are. 

If you do not feel balance in your relationships, financial freedom, or feel energetic and healthy, I might be able to help you.

I also highly recommend the Sedona Method to help you let go of past experiences and living in the moment.  Accepting where you are and what you can effectively change is a difficult task.  I am available to mentor you through your journey.

The newest learning adventure I have found is the Super Mind Academy which are audio and written information.  The program helps "reprogram" you thinking and has great relaxation audios.
